Is my patients’ data safe, and where is it hosted?
ITIG Clinic is hosted on Microsoft Azure with Cloudflare in front. Sensitive fields are encrypted with field-level AES-256-GCM, each clinic’s data is isolated at the database level, and every access is written to a complete audit trail. The platform is built by a Lebanese cybersecurity team. We do not claim certifications we do not hold.
Which languages does the platform speak?
Arabic, French, and English, across the whole interface. Prescriptions print Arabic-ready. AutoGreet AI answers patients in their own language, including Lebanese dialect.
How do payments work?
All prices are in fresh USD, billed monthly, payable by Whish, OMT, or card. Inside the platform, your clinic collects patient payments with Whish Pay.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your clinic’s records belong to your clinic. When our work for your clinic ends, we delete or return your information, as described in our privacy policy. Read the privacy policy.
Does AutoGreet AI give medical advice?
Never. It detects urgent medical messages and alerts your staff immediately, in every situation. It does not advise patients medically.
Can I buy AutoGreet AI, SmartPage, or ITIG Rx without the platform?
Yes. Each one is available standalone, with its own pricing. Every standalone product costs less as an add-on to ITIG Clinic.
How does onboarding work?
It starts on WhatsApp. Message us, and our team sets your clinic up, supported by field representatives across Lebanon. You choose the interface language: Arabic, French, or English.
