Patients

One record per patient, kept across branches.

  • Names in Arabic and Latin script, searchable in either
  • Phone number as WhatsApp uses it, email, date of birth, and blood type
  • Civil registry and NSSF numbers, and the old paper file number
  • Allergies as structured records with a hard flag, shown where you prescribe
  • Chronic conditions, current medicines, family history, and observations
  • Insurer and policy number, with a photo of the card
  • A relative abroad who pays, recorded on the file

Schedule

What can be booked is decided by the clinic, and the database keeps it honest.

  • Working hours per doctor and per branch, absences, and clinic closures for holidays, strikes, and outages
  • Double booking refused by the database itself, with a deliberate overbook only if you switch it on and give a reason
  • Arrival, waiting room ordered by check-in, in progress, done, and no-show
  • Walk-ins and a branch switcher
  • A printable day sheet for the days the power or the internet goes

Visits and charting

  • Structured visit notes with vitals and ICD-10 diagnoses
  • Note templates and personal snippets
  • Locked visits with addenda, so a record is corrected, never rewritten
  • A chart summary across visits: problems, flagged allergies, current medicines, latest vitals, recent encounters
  • Body-diagram markers and before-and-after photo comparisons
  • Psychiatric and other sensitive visits visible to doctors only

Prescriptions

The base module on every tier. ITIG Rx extends it.

  • The unified prescription printed in Arabic, French, or English with a dedicated Arabic typeface
  • A Lebanese drug catalogue with free text when a product is not listed
  • Favourites for the medicines you prescribe every day
  • A check against the patient’s own recorded allergies and medicines before issuing, with an audited override
  • A refill request queue with approve and deny
  • Acute or chronic validity per prescription

Billing

Money is stored to the cent and never rounded away.

  • Invoices in fresh US dollars, with the lira rate you set recorded on each invoice
  • VAT per invoice, receipts, and credit notes, all numbered in sequence
  • Payments recorded as they arrive: cash in dollars or lira, Whish, OMT, BoB Finance, CashPlus, bank transfer, card, insurance, NSSF, or a wire from abroad
  • A public invoice link, valid 90 days, that shows the clinic’s own Whish, OMT, and bank details in the patient’s language
  • Patient balances, partial payments, and write-offs with a reason, switched on per clinic
  • ITIG Tech never receives, holds, or forwards patient money

What happens to the lira rate

Someone at the clinic types the day rate. It is written onto that invoice once, and every copy printed afterwards works the lira figure out from the same number.

Insurance and NSSF

  • An insurer directory and patient policies with a photo of the card
  • Claim document packs for NEXtCARE, GlobeMed, MEDNET, AROPE, AXA, Libano-Suisse, Bankers, SNA, and the NSSF, with insurer-specific layouts for NEXtCARE, GlobeMed, and the NSSF and a standard outpatient layout for the others
  • Claim status from draft to paid or appealed
  • Available on the Clinic tier and above. Sending the claim to the insurer stays with your staff.

WhatsApp

On the clinic’s own WhatsApp Business number, through Meta’s official Cloud API. Switched on per clinic.

  • An appointment reminder 24 hours before each visit
  • A recorded opt-in per patient before anything is sent
  • Sending limited to the clinic’s hours, 8 am to 8 pm by default, clinic time
  • STOP honoured immediately in Arabic, French, English, and Arabizi
  • No SMS

Video visits

  • A video room on Jitsi Meet created for an appointment, with start and end recorded
  • The join link is sent to the patient on WhatsApp, with the same consent and hours rules as every other message

Your data

  • Import from Excel, CSV, or a Google Contacts export, with a template in your language, validation of every row, duplicate detection across Arabic and Latin spellings, and an owner-only undo of a whole batch
  • Export of one patient’s file as a PDF, as a patient copy or a physician report
  • Export of the whole clinic as a ZIP of spreadsheets, one per kind of record, by the owner, at any time
  • Erasure of a patient with a typed confirmation and a permanent reason, blocked by a legal hold, switched on per clinic
  • An export ledger the owner can read

Access

  • Five roles: owner, admin, doctor, nurse, receptionist, behind one server-enforced permission map
  • In a multi-doctor clinic, a doctor opens only their own patients by default
  • Receptionists see demographics, scheduling, and billing, and no clinical fields, unless the owner widens it
  • Emergency access to another doctor’s patient for 12 hours, one click, written to the audit trail
  • Optional two-factor login with an authenticator app for owners and admins
  • Sign-in throttled after repeated failures, sessions that end after 30 days

Languages, branches, and devices

  • The whole interface in Arabic, French, or English, chosen per user, with a real right-to-left layout
