Pricing for ITIG Clinic and its add-ons
Standard clinic pricing is fully public. Network, Enterprise, and institutional deployments are quoted in writing. All prices in fresh USD, billed monthly, payable by Whish, OMT, or card.
The platform, the add-ons, and the bundles
Pick a tier by the number of doctors, then add what you need. The Everything Bundle is a single total price for the platform and all three add-ons.

Everything Bundle prices are total monthly prices, platform included. With it, clinics save roughly 18 percent versus buying everything separately.
Every standalone product costs less as an add-on to ITIG Clinic.
For hospitals and medical centres, ITIG Rx is quoted in writing.
What changes between tiers
The caps are enforced in the software. When a clinic reaches one, the software names the next tier.
- Branches
- One branch on Solo. Several branches from Duo up, with branch-aware scheduling and one patient record across all of them.
- Roles
- Owner, doctor, and receptionist on Solo and Duo. Admin and nurse roles from Clinic up.
- Support seats
- Two support-staff seats on Solo, three on Duo, eight on Clinic, unlimited from Polyclinic up.
- Insurance claims
- Claim document packs for Lebanese insurers and the NSSF from Clinic up.
- Reports
- Owner reports on every tier.
- AutoGreet AI
- A priced add-on up to Polyclinic. Included on Network and Enterprise.
How billing works
- Currency
- Every price is in fresh US dollars.
- Cadence
- Monthly. An invoice is issued on the first day of each 30-day period.
- Payment
- By Whish, OMT, or card, paid to ITIG Tech directly. ITIG Tech never holds a card number.
- Your price
- The price you subscribe at is locked for your clinic. A later change to the public list never moves an existing clinic’s price.
- Add-ons
- Switched on for your clinic by ITIG Tech when you ask. AutoGreet AI is billed from the day it is activated for your clinic.
- Late payment
- If an invoice stays unpaid for 7 days, the clinic keeps reading everything and pauses changes until it is settled. After 30 more days the account is suspended, still readable. Nothing is ever deleted for non-payment, and any payment reactivates the clinic.
- Cancelling
- Cancel at any time. Service runs to the end of the paid period. There are no refunds for partial periods.
- Quotes
- Network, Enterprise, and institutional deployments are quoted in writing after a conversation on WhatsApp.

Is there a free trial?

Can I change tier later?
Yes. Moving up gives you the caps and features of the new tier, and ITIG Tech sets the new locked price with you.
Do you charge per patient?
No. No tier and no add-on is priced per patient, per booking, or per message.
