Why the product exists
Clinics in Lebanon run on WhatsApp, paper, and memory. Patients message a personal phone at midnight. Invoices are in dollars and lira at once. Insurance and NSSF paperwork takes the evening. Most of the software a clinic could buy was written for another country, another currency, and one language.
ITIG Clinic was written for that desk. The product’s own sign-in screen puts it in one line: a reception desk that never sleeps, and a chart that travels with the doctor. The whole interface works in Arabic, French, and English, billing understands fresh dollars and lira on the same invoice, and the patient channel is WhatsApp, because that is where patients are.
